At Pooja Chemicals, we understand that your facility cannot run without supplies. We are committed to delivering your industrial cleaning products safely and on time.

1. Service Area & Delivery Timelines

We primarily serve the Bengaluru Metropolitan Area and surrounding districts.

  • Bengaluru City Limits (Within 50 km radius):

    • Cost: FREE Doorstep Delivery.

    • Timeline: Orders placed before [e.g., 4:00 PM] are eligible for Next-Day Delivery (within 24 hours).

    • Minimum Order: [Optional: e.g., ₹2,000 or 25 Litres] to qualify for free delivery.

  • Beyond 50 km Radius (Outstation):

    • Cost: Delivery charges will apply based on the weight of the order and the destination distance. These charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated by our sales team prior to dispatch.

    • Timeline: Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on the location.

2. Delivery Process

  • Doorstep Service: Our delivery team will unload the products at your designated receiving area (e.g., security gate, loading dock, or store room).

  • Bulk Handling: For large institutional orders (e.g., 200L drums), please ensure your facility has appropriate access for our delivery vehicle.

  • Availability: Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment. If a delivery attempt fails, a re-delivery fee may apply.

3. Returns & Replacements

We strive to ensure every product meets our industrial quality standards.

  • Return Eligibility:

    • Not all products are returnable due to the chemical nature of our goods.

    • Returnable items are clearly marked on their respective product pages.

    • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" (typically custom blends or unsealed containers) cannot be accepted back once delivered.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

4. GST & Billing

  • All shipments include a valid Tax Invoice.
