1. General Information

  • Nature of Business: Manufacturer and supplier of industrial cleaning solutions (Phenyl, Liquid Soaps, Toilet Cleaners, etc.) for institutional and domestic use.

2. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

  • Industrial Strength: Our products are formulated for professional and heavy-duty cleaning. Users must follow all safety instructions printed on the packaging/labels.

  • Liability: Pooja Chemicals is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or accidental ingestion of our products.

  • Keep Away from Children: All chemical products must be stored safely out of reach of children and pets.

3. Orders & Billing

  • Pricing: Prices displayed are subject to change without notice. The final price (including GST) will be confirmed at checkout.

  • GST Invoicing: For B2B customers (Hotels, Apartments, Offices), valid GST details must be provided at the time of purchase to claim Input Tax Credit. We cannot amend invoices once generated.

  • Bulk Orders: For orders exceeding [e.g., 200 Litres], please contact our sales team directly for custom freight quotes.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

As per our operational guidelines:

  • Bengaluru City Limits (0-50 km Radius): We offer Free Door Delivery for all eligible orders. We strive to complete these deliveries within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

  • Beyond 50 km Radius: Delivery charges apply based on distance and order weight. These charges will be communicated prior to dispatch.

  • Delivery Access: For bulk deliveries (drums/cans), the customer must ensure the delivery location is accessible by our logistics vehicle.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: Due to the chemical nature of our goods, returns are restricted. Returnable products are clearly marked on the specific product page. If a product is not marked as returnable, it is considered a final sale.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a leaking or damaged container, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pooja Chemicals shall not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
